How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping for orders over £20 or more.
Orders under £20 will incur a £2.99 shipping fee.

How long does delivery take?

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days after purchase.
Delivery Time: Orders within the UK are delivered within 2–5 business days.

What regions do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD from local warehouses.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. You can also log in to your account to view the tracking status.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Timeframe: Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: The product’s external protective film must be intact and unopened. Products with damaged or opened packaging are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Charges: Return shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
Process: Contact contactus@zephyrhealth.co.uk to initiate a return request. A support team member will respond within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 48 hours and credited back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
